George Carlin on Similarities

I do enjoy some of George Carlin's sense of humour, but he has often crossed the line. Natally, he has a tight Jupiter-Pluto opposition and this can show a black sense of humour. Arch Buchwald has the same opposition; he too had a bleak sense of view and the darker side of life is viewed humorously. Jupiter rules our jovial side and Pluto rules all that is taboo, secret and hidden in life. George Carlin used his humorous insights to highlight prominent social issues, and he deeply questions the belief in God (Jupiter). However, on another level I do find him to be very psychologically tuned in, and this adds more depth to his humour. George's Moon in Gemini is witty, changeable and observes any social situation with objectivity. George has the common touch and moves quickly when talking about a variety of subjects. Gemini is excellent at mimicry and can imitate you perfectly. I love his joke about the fluorescent light mirrors, as they are so depressing to look in. The video below showcases his lighter sense of humour, but his other stuff is more controversial, atheist and extreme. His humour is sadly missed, George passed away in 2008.
